SUCKER ROD GUIDES FOR RECIPROCATING ROD PUMPING (SRP) SYSTEMS

COBALT® sucker rod guides are designed and manufactured using advanced hydrodynamic designs and high performance ARPMAX polymers. COBALT Rod Guides will maximize well completion production, including wells that are vertical or deviated, high temperature, corrosive, high water cuts and solids.

MORE DRIVE, LESS FRICTION AND LESS DRAG FOR ROD PUMPED WELL COMPLETIONS

COBALT Sucker Rod Guides are engineered for use in artificial lift well completions to eliminate the internal tubing wear caused by direct sucker rod contact with the tubing.

The sucker rod guides minimize costly metal-to-metal contact  and each COBALT rod guide functions as a bearing by centralizing the sucker rods in the tubing string.

With each guide infused with a lubricant additive, downhole friction is also reduced, which increases the overall downhole pumping efficiency. COBALT Sucker Rod Guides are available in both SRP, PCP and Paraffin Scraper designs.

SUCKER ROD GUIDES (SRP Model)

COBALT Sucker Rod Guides were developed to offer a high-performance alternative to conventional rod guides and longer high drag centralizers.

Engineered to withstand the abrasive counterfaces and high impact load conditions often encountered in deviated artificial lift well completions.

The ARPMAX engineered polymer selected for SRP wells is "Tubing Friendly", as the polymer has a very low co-efficient of friction due to the embedded Ensenium lubricant additive
